"Building Lives, Advancing the Gospel,
and Transforming Communities"
The Anglican Diocese of Kwoi was established on May 23, 2008, with the enthronement of its pioneer bishop, Rt. Rev'd Paul Samuel Zamani.
Since inception, the Diocese has grown rapidly into one of the fastest-growing Anglican dioceses in the region — over 50 parishes, six Archdeaconries, and thirteen Deaneries, supported by vibrant schools, a mission hospital under construction, and empowerment centres already changing lives across Jaba Land.

From spiritual leadership to community development, the Diocese of Kwoi serves Jaba Land across every dimension of life.
The Cathedral Church of Holy Trinity, Samban-Gida — established by CMS in 1958 — hosts vibrant Sunday services, midweek prayer meetings, and four active fellowships that keep the community rooted in faith.
The Diocese operates a full spectrum of educational institutions — from nursery through post-secondary — committed to quality, Christ-centred learning that equips students for life and leadership.
The Anglican Mission Hospital at Samban-Gida — 60% complete — will serve as both a full medical centre and practical training ground, providing accessible care to vulnerable communities across Jaba LGA.
Anglican Skill Acquisition Centres at Samban-Gida and Barde equip young adults and women with practical vocational skills and entrepreneurial training that open doors to economic independence.
